Rev. Jonah Manyan Tibornyik

Jonah Manyan Tibornyik is a distinguished Ghanaian leader with over two (2) decades of service in faith-based and community development roles. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Saboba District Community Foundation (SDCF), contributing his extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and conflict resolution.
Mr. Tibornyik is the current Chairman of the Local Council of Churches in Saboba and a member of the Northern Regional Peace Council. His commitment to peacebuilding is further reflected in his active role on the Peace Council Committee for the 2024 General Elections. He also serves as a board member of Young Leaders International (YLI), helping to shape the next generation of change-makers.
With Diploma in Theology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Mr. Tibornyik has spent the last twenty (20) years as a pastor under Assemblies of God Ghana and is currently the Head Pastor at Kunkunzoli Assemblies of God Church. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, he has dedicated six (6) years teaching Likpakpaln (Konkomba language) under the School for Life program, promoting literacy and cultural preservation.
He is highly regarded for his expertise in teaching, ministering, counselling, and mediating. His collaborative work with traditional leaders in Saboba district and beyond highlights his inclusive leadership style and deep commitment to grassroots development and intercommunity harmony.
