Rev. Niipaak Laar

Niipaak Laar is a dedicated and experienced board member of the Foundation, having served in this capacity since its inception in Saboba, in February, 2022. With a strong background in Christian ministry, leadership, and organizational governance, he brings over three decades of experience to his role.

Mr. Laar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Heritage Christian University in Accra and a Master Degree in Greek from Florida University, School of Preaching in the USA. His academic and theological grounding has been instrumental in shaping his impactful career in ministry and education.

Over the past thirty (30) years, Mr. Laar has served extensively in Christian ministry and missions, including as a teacher in ministry colleges, where he has mentored and trained pastors and church leaders. His leadership experience extends to several governance roles, including his current position as Board Chairman of the church of Christ, Saboba, and Board Member of the Church of Christ International Missions.

He also serves as a Board Member for the Church of Christ Hospital in Yendi.

In addition to his ministry work, Mr. Laar is the Coordinator of International Missions, a pastors’ teacher, and a dedicated home builder. His areas of expertise include psychology and leadership, which have enhanced his ability to guide organizations and develop strategic direction in both faith-based and community initiatives.
