Nsila Nikpedo David

Mr. Nsila Nikpedo David is a Ghanaian professional who currently serves as the Programme Officer for the Saboba District Community Foundation, a position he assumed in November 2024. He brings to this role a wealth of experience in education, community development, and organizational leadership. With a career spanning nineteen years in teaching and ten years of ministry service with the Bible Believers Fellowship, he has demonstrated strong commitment to public service and community transformation.

Mr. Nsila has held several influential roles within the education sector and the broader community. He previously served as the Saboba GNAT Local Chairman and as a District GNAT Council Member, where he demonstrated remarkable abilities in leadership, advocacy, and coordination. His community involvement extends further to 10 years of committed service within the Ministry for Bible Believers Fellowship, as well as serving as Secretary of the Disability Workers’ Union in the Northern Region.

Mr. Nsila possesses an impressive academic background in social sciences and education. His qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Social Studies Education, a Master of Education in Social Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW). He also holds a Diploma in Competency-Based Training (CBT), a Certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution, and a Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from Dambai College of Education.

With 19 years of experience in teaching, Mr. Nsila has played key leadership roles at St. Joseph’s Technical Institute, including Head of the Social Studies Department, Guidance and Counselling Coordinator, and Academic Board Secretary. His career reflects a deep commitment to mentoring students, strengthening institutional systems, and promoting inclusive and sustainable development.

He is skilled in teaching, public speaking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and civic engagement. His extensive expertise, combined with a profound understanding of community needs and dynamics, makes him an invaluable member of the Saboba District Community Foundation’s management team.
