Fundraising Coordinator

Ntekime Afia Faustina is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education, community development, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as the Fundraising Coordinator for the Saboba District Community Foundation, a position she assumed in February, 2022.

In addition, she has been a member of the District Teachers Support Team since 2020 and a GES Lively Minds Star Player since 2022. She also serves as the Assistant Church Secretary and a Laity Council Executive member at St. Charles Lwanga Parish, demonstrating a strong commitment to both faith-based and community initiative.

Ms. Ntekime holds a Bachelor of Education in Basic Education from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), and a Diploma in Basic Education from St. Monica’s College of Education. She further enhance her professional qualifications with a Certificate in Project Management from Eduwaynes project Management Consult, obtained in 2025.

With over fifteen years of teaching experience within the Ghana Education Service and three years of leadership within the Laity Council of Saboba R/C Parish, she possesses strong corporate management expertise in leading and managing organizations. She has served as a facilitator, curriculum lead at Saboba E/P Primary School, and a choiristor, highlighting her diverse skills set in education and community engagement.

Ms. Ntekime has also made significant contributions to child welfare and youth development. She served as a Child Welfare Supervisor with World Vision Ghana, Saboba Area Programme, from 2012 to 2023. She also served as Women Organizer for the Konkomba Youth Association (KOYA), Saboba local branch from 2018 to 2023. Her experience reflects a deep commitment to social development, youth empowerment, and community service within the Foundation.
