Gasheil Paligbal Francis

Gasheil Paligbal Francis is the Public Relation Officer (PRO) of the Saboba District Community Foundation, a role he assumed in November 2024. A committed educationist and communicator, he currently serves as the head teacher of Kings Gate International School in Saboba, where he continues to shape young minds and contribute to community development.

Mr. Francis holds a Diploma in Basic Education and a Bachelor of Education from the University for Development Studies (UDS). His professional journey spans a decade of dedicated service as a teacher, complemented by three years of experience as a radio presenter at Radio Kitawoln (95.7fm), an opportunity that strengthened his communication skills and deepened his engagement with the public.

With strong expertise in public speaking and teaching, Francis brings a blend of leadership, creativity, and community-centered advocacy to his role. His background in education and media uniquely positions him to promote the Foundation’s mission, effectively communicate its initiatives, and strengthen stakeholders’ relations across the district.
