Community Leadership Programme
The Community Leadership Programme strengthens local capacity and shared responsibility across the Saboba District. SDCF supports leadership development initiatives that empower residents to contribute meaningfully to decision-making and community progress. The programme also promotes civic responsibility through volunteerism, dialogue, and community engagement. In addition, SDCF coordinates responses to disasters and emergencies, while supporting seniors care and social protection initiatives that uphold dignity and inclusion. By encouraging preparedness, compassion, and accountable leadership, the Foundation works consistently to strengthen community resilience and foster a collaborative environment where collective action supports improved living standards and sustainable development.
