Dr. Yakubu Elizabeth Enalipan

Dr. Yakubu Elizabeth Enalipan is the Proprietress of God’s Will Vocational and Technical Institute, Kpassa, an institution committed to empowering youth and women through quality vocational and technical training. The institute is affiliated with Healing Hands International and Women of Hope, international NGOs that support the construction and installation of potable water systems for schools and provide tools and equipment to graduating trainees of the institute.

Dr. Enalipan has made significant contributions to human capital development through the training of young people in dressmaking (fashion and design), hairdressing (beauty), and bead making. Many of her trainees have gone on to establish themselves as masters and madams, running their own enterprises and mentoring numerous apprentices. She is also an expert in training youth in a range of artisanal skills, including bar soap and liquid soap making, pomade production, pastries, and baking.

Passionate about women’s economic empowerment, she additionally trains women in shea butter processing, gari processing, and bag and sandal making, helping them to develop sustainable livelihoods.

Dr. Enalipan serves as a Board Member of Kpassa Rural Bank Ltd., contributing to community-focus financial development and governance. A committed minister of the Gospel, she actively shares Christian value and encouragement with trainees and the wider public at every opportunity.

In recognition of her outstanding service to skills development and community empowerment, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Yahweh Hills University as Doctor of Arts in Human Capital Development. She has also received multiple awards for excellence, including

Award in Bead Making, Award in Dressmaking, and Award in Hairdressing, along with many other distinctions in her various fields of specialization.
