Ivy Dunyo is an accomplished educator, community leader, and passionate advocate for children’s welfare. With 34 years of dedicated service in teaching, she currently teaches at Boagbaln D/A JHS, she has shaped countless young lives through her commitment to quality teaching and mentorship.

She holds a strong academic background, beginning with a certificate in Management and Secretaryship from Tamale Polytechnic, followed by a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Education, Winneba. To further deepen her expertise in school leadership and administration, she earned a Master’s degree in Supervision from the same university.

Beyond her classroom contributions, Ivy is the founder of His Grace Academy School in Saboba, where she continues to champion accessible and holistic education for children. She also operates a decoration and rental service providing canopies and chairs for events—an entrepreneurial venture that supports community gatherings and celebrations.

Her commitment to service extends deeply into church and social work. She serves as the Gender Coordinator for women and children in the Yendi Diocese of the Methodist Church, a role through which she advocates for empowerment, protection, and equal opportunities. Ivy is also a Methodist Steward and a Local Preacher in the Yendi Diocese, contributing to spiritual growth and community development.

A devoted caretaker at heart, she has a profound interest in child development and wellbeing, consistently working to create nurturing environments where children can thrive.
