Rev. Moses Muligna Bakar
Vice Chairman
Rev. Moses Muligna Bakar is the current Vice Chairman of the Foundation, the position he serves since February, 2022. With notable record of leadership and community development, he brings a wealth of experience and commitment to the roles of the Foundation.
He also serves as the Chairman of the Saboba District Cooperative Credit Union and is a Board member of the SEND Ghana Foundation, underscoring his active engagement in economic and social empowerment in initiatives. A dedicated Ghanaian, Rev. Bakar holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Development from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
His contributions to cooperative finance are significant, having facilitated the establishment of thirteen (13) Credit Unions in the Eastern Corridor of Ghana. His core areas of expertise include facilitation, preaching, and development work. He currently serves as a Reverend Minister in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, where he continues to promote spiritual and community development.
